Ingredientes
- Summer Spaghetti w/ Tuna & Tomato Sauce:
- 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 cans of Italian or Spanish tuna in oil, drained
- 2 tbsp drained capers
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup of good extra virgin olive oil (I use my special Sicilian olive oil for this one)
- 4 anchovies, minced
- 1 cup of basil leaves, sliced in a chiffonade
- 1 lb. spaghetti
