Ingredientes

  • 1 prepared pizza crust- I made a Pillsbury thin crust out of a tube
  • 8 ounces Vegetable Cream Cheese-softened
  • 1 small cucumber-chopped
  • 1 small yellow pepper-chopped
  • 1 green onion-sliced
  • 1 handful matchstick carrots
  • 1/4 cup black olives-chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes-quartered (I used sundried tomatoes)
  • Smoked Paprika
