Ingredientes

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 - 2/3 cups canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP white vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBSP steak sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 8-10 hamburger buns split

Direcciones

  1. In a pot over medium heat, cook beef, onion, celery and green pepper until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.
  2. Add the next 9 ingredients; mix well.
  3. Simmer, uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture onto each bun.
