Ingredientes

  • 2 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Sugar, granulated
  • 6 ounce Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet
  • 1/4 c. Pecans, minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 300 Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and vanilla, till soft peaks form. Add in sugar gradually till peaks are stiff. Mix in chocolate pcs and nuts. Cover cookie sheet with brown or possibly plain paper. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake in slow oven for 25 min.
