Swedish Cole Slaw With Fennel

Ingredientes

  • 1 whl fennel
  • 1 x Carrot
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  •     Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Finely slice the fennel.
  2. Grate the carrots.
  3. Grate the clove of garlic.
  4. In medium mixing bowl, mix the fennel, carrot, cranberries and garlic.
  5. Add in the dressing to taste.
  6. Let sit for at least 4 hrs for all the flavors to come out and for the fennel to become marinated.
