Ingredientes

  • 2 c. California dip (1 env. Lipton's onion soup with 1 pt. lowfat sour cream)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 c. water

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, put together 1 cup California dip with meat, bread crumbs, egg, nutmeg, and allspice. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in flour. In large frying pan, heat butter and brown meatballs. Stir in remaining dip and water. Heat through. Makes about 75 meatballs.
