Ingredientes

  • 4 pound grnd beef
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1 1/4 T salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into walnut size balls. Bake at 425 degrees till brown (8-10 min).Swedish Meatball Sauce: Heat 1/2 lb butter in heavy pan till bubbly. Add in 1 cup flour to that 1 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp onion salt, 1 tsp pepper has been added. Stir vigorously for 2 min. Add in 8 cups boiling water. Stir till thick (5 min). Add in 1 1/2 cups half & half. Heat till hot; don't boil. Scrapings from meatballs pan may be added.
