Ingredientes
- 4 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1 1/4 T salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and form into walnut size balls. Bake at 425 degrees till brown (8-10 min).Swedish Meatball Sauce: Heat 1/2 lb butter in heavy pan till bubbly. Add in 1 cup flour to that 1 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp onion salt, 1 tsp pepper has been added. Stir vigorously for 2 min. Add in 8 cups boiling water. Stir till thick (5 min). Add in 1 1/2 cups half & half. Heat till hot; don't boil. Scrapings from meatballs pan may be added.
