Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. plus 1 teaspoon whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 c. plus 1 T flour
  • 1/3 c. ice water, or possibly snow
  • 2 T butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Fold whipped cream into flour; add in other ingredients. Let set for 1 hour. Bake in waffle iron till brown. Make a crisp waffle. Cool and serve with powdered sugar or possibly lingon berries. Raspberries are also good or possibly ice cream. Use your imagination for dessert variations.
