Ingredientes

  • 2 x Onions sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Fat
  • 1 lb Calf's liver diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Lightly brown the onions in the fat. Add in the liver and cook over medium heat 5 min. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Add in the water, lemon juice and sugar, stirring constantly till mix reaches the boiling point. Cook over low heat 5 min. Taste to correct seasoning and serve with "Spaetzel" (recipe included in this database).
