Receta Sweet And Sour Calf's Liver With Spaetzel

Ingredientes
- 2 x Onions sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Fat
- 1 lb Calf's liver diced
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- Lightly brown the onions in the fat. Add in the liver and cook over medium heat 5 min. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Add in the water, lemon juice and sugar, stirring constantly till mix reaches the boiling point. Cook over low heat 5 min. Taste to correct seasoning and serve with "Spaetzel" (recipe included in this database).
