Ingredientes

  • 450 gm Carrots, washed and peeled
  • 1 x Orange, juice of
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 4 Tbsp. Caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Boil the carrots whole till tender. Drain and mash the carrots.
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients and season.
  3. Mix with the carrots and serve.
