Ingredientes
- 450 gm Carrots, washed and peeled
- 1 x Orange, juice of
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 4 Tbsp. Caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Direcciones
- Boil the carrots whole till tender. Drain and mash the carrots.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients and season.
- Mix with the carrots and serve.
