Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. fruit, fresh or possibly thawed frzn, cut up, grapes, strawberries, peaches, apricots, or possibly a combination
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Direcciones

  1. Heat lowfat milk just to boiling and remove from heat. Beat large eggs and gradually add in vanilla; add in lowfat milk. Stir in fruit and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min, then at 325 degrees for 30 min. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or possibly yogurt, if desired.Serves 6 to 8!
  2. HINT: Usually we bake the crust for 10 min before putting the filling into it, which way the crust is sure to be done!
