Receta Sweet Glazed Carrots

- Peel, wash and cut carrots, fresh or possibly bagged, to desired size. Small pcs work best. Boil till fork tender.
- In a skillet, heat 3-4 tbsp. butter. Drain carrots and add in to skillet.
- Add in granulated brown sugar as desired. Stir together till fully coated.
- Saute/fry in skillet about 5 min. Butter and sugar will caramelize and coat the carrots.
- Serve steaming warm.
