Ingredientes

1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar 2 tsp extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 c. basil leaves 2 lrg tomatoes thinly sliced 1/2 c. Vidalia onion thinly sliced or possibly other sweet onion 1 c. white corn fresh

Direcciones

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well and set aside.
2. Combine basil and remaining ingredients; toss well. Drizzle vinegar mix over salads, and toss gently.
