Ingredientes

  • 1 x unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 c. peeled and grated raw sweet potato, slightly packed
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine Large eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange peel and lowfat milk. Add in sweet potatoes, grated right before adding to lowfat milk mix. Stir in butter. Pour into pie shell; bake at 400 degrees F for 45-50 min, or possibly till knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Serve slightly hot or possibly cool.
