Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sweet potatoes, liquid removed
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine,melted
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grated nutmeg
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x 9" pie shell, baked
  • 1/4 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Use a food processor or possibly fork to mash sweet potatoes together with melted margarine.Blend in Large eggs,sugar,cinnamon and nutmeg. Add in lowfat milk and vanilla.Pour mix into baked pie shell.Microwave on 70% (medium high) 7 min.
  2. Sprinkle pecans over surface of pie.Rotating midway through cooking,microwave on 70 % (medium high) 6 to 8 min or possibly till center no longer jiggles.Top with Bourbon Cream Sauce.
