One of my favourites, can be eaten with any meat dish,or on its own

Ingredientes

  •  500gms Pumpkin
  •  30mls Brown Sugar
  •  1 Cinnamon Stick
  •  2 Cloves
  •  Butter
  •  1tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Peel Pumpkin and cut into chunks,
  2. place in pot,
  3. add sugar,cinnamon,cloves and salt ,
  4. cook on top of stove with gentle heat.(to allow natural juice to form liquid)
  5. When soft add nob of butter, mash well.
  6. Can be served as a vegetable or eaten on its own
