Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce. bag frzn broccoli, carrot, cauliflower combination, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounce. minced pimento, liquid removed (optional)
  • 2.8 ounce. can French fried onions

Direcciones

  1. Combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, lowfat sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 for 30 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 min longer.
  2. Microwave Directions: Prepare as above. Cook, covered on high for 8 min. Stir halfway through. Top with remaining cheese and onions; cook uncovered n high for 1 minute more or possibly till cheese melts. 6 servings.
