Receta Swordfish With Herb Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 sm. garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dillweed
- 2 (6 ounce.) swordfish steaks
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
Direcciones
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, basil, thyme, tarragon and dillweed in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Butter 8 inch square baking dish. Spread each side of swordfish steaks with one Tbsp. herb sauce. Place in prepared dish and refrigerate30 min. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour wine over steaks. Bake till fish is just cooked through, about 17 min. Transfer to plates. Serve, passing remaining herb sauce separately.
