Swordfish With Walnut Thyme Butter

Ingredientes

  • 4-6 pcs swordfish
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 tbsp. minced walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except fish. Roll mix in plastic wrap and chill. Slice butter mix and place on top of fish. Bake or possibly broil.
