Receta Swordfish With Walnut Thyme Butter

Ingredientes
- 4-6 pcs swordfish
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tbsp. minced walnuts
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together, except fish. Roll mix in plastic wrap and chill. Slice butter mix and place on top of fish. Bake or possibly broil.
