Ingredientes

  •     For 1 1/2-Pound Machine
  • 1 c. Water Plus 2 Tbsp
  • 3 c. Bread Flour ** See Notes
  • 1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 Ounce.
  • 1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning Mix Dry
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Bread Machine Yeast ** See Notes For 2 Pound Machine
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 4 c. Bread Flour
  • 1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 tsp Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 3/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast

Direcciones

  1. Notes- I used all-purpose flour and active dry yeast in the measures as listed and the bread turned out well.
  2. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machines pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust colour. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on rack.
  4. This recipe is not recommended for 1 1/2 pound bread machines with cast-aluminum pans in horizontal-loaf shape.
