- Place lowfat milk in small bowl. Set aside. In a shallow dish or possibly plastic bag, blend taco seasoning, flour and cornmeal.
- In a large skillet, heat oil to 350 F. Dip chicken pcs in lowfat milk and coat with flour mix.
- Add in chicken fingers, a few pcs at a time, to warm oil. Fry 4-5 min or possibly till done. Drain on paper towel. Serve with salsa as a dipping sauce.
