Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (1.25 ounces) McCormick(r) Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. cornmeal
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch strips
  •     salsa (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Place lowfat milk in small bowl. Set aside. In a shallow dish or possibly plastic bag, blend taco seasoning, flour and cornmeal.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil to 350 F. Dip chicken pcs in lowfat milk and coat with flour mix.
  3. Add in chicken fingers, a few pcs at a time, to warm oil. Fry 4-5 min or possibly till done. Drain on paper towel. Serve with salsa as a dipping sauce.
