Receta Taco Chicken Fingers

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (1.25 ounces) McCormick(r) Taco Seasoning
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. oil
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch strips
- Â Â salsa (optional)
Direcciones
- 1. Place lowfat milk in small bowl. Set aside. In a shallow dish or possibly plastic bag, blend taco seasoning, flour and cornmeal.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat oil to 350 F. Dip chicken pcs in lowfat milk and coat with flour mix.
- 3. Add in chicken fingers, a few pcs at a time, to warm oil. Fry 4-5 min or possibly till done. Drain on paper towel. Serve with salsa as a dipping sauce.
