Tortilla cups baked in a muffin tin are filled with beef, tomatoes, green chilies and cheese.  Taco Cups Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2018 Ingredients: 6 flour tortillas - 6 inch 1 pound ground chuck 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons cumin salt and pepper 2 teaspoons paprika 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 - 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes 1 - 4 oz can diced green chilies 1 small white onion, chopped cheese shredded lettuce sour cream  green onions, chopped vegetable oil, just enough to cover bottom of pan Directions: Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add ground chuck, crumble the meat as it cooks, add chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, worcestershire sauce, fire roasted tomatoes, green chilies, stir, cook until no longer pink. Add white onion, cook another 3 minutes.  Preheat oven 450. Lightly coat muffin tin with cooking spray and press tortillas into cups. Bake 3 to 5 minutes. Divide meat mixture into tortillas cups. Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and green onions.  Until next time, Christine
