Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes, liquid removed
  • 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in oil till tender. Don't brown. Add in meat and cook till dry. Add in tomatoes which have been pureed in blender. Add in seasonings. Cook 15 min. Add in cheese and heat. Adjust seasonings. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
