Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can nacho cheese
- 1 (6 ounce.) c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 med. tomatoes, cubed
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 jar picante sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- Nacho chips
Direcciones
- Cook grnd meat in taco seasoning mix according to directions on the pack. Once cooked, spread proportionately in the bottom of a shallow serving or possibly baking dish. Spread refried beans proportionately over the grnd meat (can preheat, but not mandatory).
- Pour nacho cheese proportionately over beans and spread lowfat sour cream proportionately over nacho cheese. Sprinkle shredded lettuce, then tomatoes and pour picante sauce over the top. Serve with nacho chips.
