Couscous 80 gr

Onions raisins saffron 30 gr

Pumpkin 60 gr

Carrots 60 gr

Cabbage 50 gr

Red onions 30 gr

zucchini 50 gr

Vegetable stock 5 cl

Direcciones
- Grill all the meats, steam the couscous for 15 minutes.
- Cut the zucchini, pumpkin and carrots in baton, blanch the carrot and pumpkin.
- Cut the onions and cabbage in large dices, blanch the cabbage.
- Cook the onions in butter and saffron with a little sugar and vinegar, add the raisins at the end.
- To order reheat the couscous, sauté all the vegetables and serve with the stock on the side.
