Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb Fresh Tagliatelle
  • 1 tsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb Fresh spinach, shredded
  • 1 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese, more if you like

Direcciones

  1. Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 3 min, or possibly till just cooked through. Drain well. Heat butter and oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Saute/fry garlic 2-3 min, till soft. Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute, stirring. Add in pasta and lowfat milk to spinach mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Raise heat to medium high and cook 3 min, till sauce thickens slightly. Stir in cheese and toss gently.
