- In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook Tagliatelle till tender, 1 1/2 min, drain and set aside.
- Heat a saute/fry pan till very warm and add in extra virgin olive oil. Add in garlic, pine nuts, prosciutto and sun-dry tomatoes. Saute/fry till pine nuts are golden brown. Add in chicken stock, basil and Parmesan, bring to a boil and reduce liquid by 1/2. Add in noodles and toss well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add in butter and ginger and toss again. Serve immediately.
