Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Tagliatelle, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Pine nuts
  • 1 slc Prosciutto, julienned
  • 2 x Sun-dry tomatoes, minced
  • 1/2 c. Chicken stock
  • 6 x Basil leaves, julienned
  • 1 Tbsp. Shaved Parmesan cheese
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, minced

Direcciones

  1. In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook Tagliatelle till tender, 1 1/2 min, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a saute/fry pan till very warm and add in extra virgin olive oil. Add in garlic, pine nuts, prosciutto and sun-dry tomatoes. Saute/fry till pine nuts are golden brown. Add in chicken stock, basil and Parmesan, bring to a boil and reduce liquid by 1/2. Add in noodles and toss well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add in butter and ginger and toss again. Serve immediately.
