Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. 35% Real Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Vodka, optional
  • 8 ounce Smoked salmon, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh dill, minced
  • 3/4 lb Tagliatelle noodles
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter gently in a large deep skillet. Add in cream. Bring to a boil. Add in vodka. Reduce heat and cook on low 3-4 min till slightly thickened.
  2. Add in smoked salmon, salt, pepper and dill. Remove from heat.
  3. cook Tagliatelle in a large pot of boiling salted water till tender.
  4. Drain noodles well. Reheat sauce. Place liquid removed noodles in the pan with the warm sauce. Toss gently over low heat till sauce coats noodles and is thick and creamy.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese if you like. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary
