Receta Tagliatelle With Smoked Salmon, Vodka And Dill

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1Â 1/2 c. 35% Real Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Vodka, optional
- 8 ounce Smoked salmon, diced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh dill, minced
- 3/4 lb Tagliatelle noodles
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Direcciones
- 1. Heat butter gently in a large deep skillet. Add in cream. Bring to a boil. Add in vodka. Reduce heat and cook on low 3-4 min till slightly thickened.
- 2. Add in smoked salmon, salt, pepper and dill. Remove from heat.
- 3. cook Tagliatelle in a large pot of boiling salted water till tender.
- 4. Drain noodles well. Reheat sauce. Place liquid removed noodles in the pan with the warm sauce. Toss gently over low heat till sauce coats noodles and is thick and creamy.
- 5. Sprinkle with cheese if you like. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary
