Receta Tahini courgettes
Easy and delicious appetizer or a side dish.
Ingredientes
- 1000 g courgettes, thickly sliced
- Pinch of salt
- 200 ml ground sesame paste (tahini )
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice (from ½ lemon)
- ½ cup cold water
Direcciones
1.
Place the courgette slices on parchment paper, season with salt, and bake them in the oven at 230°C for 30 minutes, turning them over from time to time. When done, leave to cool.

Meanwhile, process and mix tahini paste, garlic clove and olive oil in a food processor or blender.
