Ingredientes

  • 6 x Chicken breasts
  •     Yogurt-Cilantro Sauce see * Note
  • 1 x Onion minced coarsely
  • 2 x Garlic cloves minced fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd coriander
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ancho chile pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Cascabel chile pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 c. Plain yogurt

Direcciones

  1. In a food processor, puree the onion and garlic. Process in the lemon and lime juices, add in spices and the yogurt and process to blend.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mix turning occasionally overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare a charcoal or possibly wood fire and let it burn down to embers. Remove the excess marinade and grill for 5 min on each side or possibly till done. Serve with Yogurt-Cilantro Sauce to taste.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
