Receta Tandoori Style Chicken Breasts With Yogurt Cilantro Sauce

Ingredientes
- 6 x Chicken breasts
- Â Â Yogurt-Cilantro Sauce see * Note
- 1 x Onion minced coarsely
- 2 x Garlic cloves minced fine
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd coriander
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ancho chile pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cascabel chile pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 c. Plain yogurt
Direcciones
- In a food processor, puree the onion and garlic. Process in the lemon and lime juices, add in spices and the yogurt and process to blend.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in this mix turning occasionally overnight in the refrigerator.
- Prepare a charcoal or possibly wood fire and let it burn down to embers. Remove the excess marinade and grill for 5 min on each side or possibly till done. Serve with Yogurt-Cilantro Sauce to taste.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
