Ingredientes

  • 1 jar (12 ounce) red currant jelly
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 3 T dry sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd allspice
  • 1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks, liquid removed
  • 1 pkg. (12 ounce) cocktail frankfurters or possibly wieners

Direcciones

  1. In a large frying pan, over medium heat, heat jelly. Add in mustard, sherry and allspice, mix well.Stir pineapple chunks and frankfurters into frying pan, and cook till heated through - about 10 min. Transfer to a heated chafing dish for serving.
