Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Onion
  • 1/2 c. Tarama, (carp or possibly cod roe)
  • 1 med Potato, peeled and boiled
  • 1 c. White bread slices soaked in water, measured after squeezed dry
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice or possibly as desired
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil, plus extra

Direcciones

  1. In a food processor puree the onion. Add in the tarama, potato, bread, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Add in a little more extra virgin olive oil if necessary to make the mix fluffy.
  2. Yield: 6 servings
