Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. White vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chinese chili suace
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Carrot, shredded

Direcciones

  1. This is the traditional Thai dipping sdauce used for salad rolls, spring rolls, and most everything else.
  2. Combine sugar, water and vinegar.
  3. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 min.
  4. Stir in garlic, fish sauce and cbnhili sauce. Simmer for 2 min.
  5. Cold and add in lime juice and shredded carrot
