.%20%20You%20know%20the%20casserole%20I%20mean,%20it%20incorporates%20the%20delicious%20flavours%20of%20sour%20cream,%20mayonnaise,%20lemon,%20curry,%20onions%20and%20broccoli%20cuts.%20%20Oh,%20and%20cheese,%20lets%20not%20forget%20the%20cheese!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20used%20fresh%20lean%20ground%20turkey%20and%20incorporated%20all%20of%20those%20flavours%20into%20a%20burger,%20but%20not%20just%20any%20burger%20.%20.%20.%20a%20Turkey%20Divan%20Burger!!%20%20By%20using%20some%20of%20the%20Hellman's%20Twist%20of%20Lemon%20Mayonnaise,%20chopped%20cooked%20broccoli,%20chopped%20red%20onions,%20%20some%20salt%20and%20pepper,%20curry%20powder%20and%20some%20grated%20strong%20cheddar%20%20(I%20used%20the%20dyed%20one%20this%20time%20for%20colour)%20I%20was%20able%20to%20come%20up%20with%20a%20delicious%20burger%20with%20all%20of%20the%20flavours%20of%20a%20Divan%20casserole.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20moist%20and%20delicious%20.%20.%20.%20with%20a%20tiny%20bit%20of%20crunch%20and%20loads%20of%20colour%20from%20the%20broccoli,%20red%20onions%20and%20cheddar%20.%20.%20.%20%20flavours%20from%20the%20lemon%20mayonnaise%20and%20the%20curry%20powder.%20%20%20It%20was%20sooooo%20good.%20%20%20I%20topped%20them%20with%20an%20additional%20slice%20of%20that%20same%20rich%20cheddar%20cheese,%20let%20it%20melt%20down%20over%20that%20juicy%20burger%20and%20then%20I%20served%20them%20on%20toasted%20ciabatta%20buns,%20spread%20with%20some%20more%20of%20that%20gorgeous%20%20Twist%20of%20Lemon%20Mayonnaise%20and%20some%20shredded%20baby%20gems%20along%20with%20more%20thinly%20sliced%20red%20onions.%20%20These%20were%20fabulous%20to%20say%20the%20least.%20%20I%20hope%20you%20will%20give%20them%20a%20go!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Divan%20Turkey%20Burgers*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%204%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20new%20take%20on%20our%20favourite%20Turkey%20Divan%20Casserole,%20created%20especially%20for%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epicnic%20and%20barbecue%20season!%20%20They%20are%20nice%20and%20moist%20and%20filled%20with%20a%20lovely%20blend%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eof%20delicious%20flavours.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20the%20turkey,%20broccoli,%20grated%20cheese,%20chopped%20red%20onion,%20mayonnaise,%20curry%20powder,%20salt%20and%20pepper%20%20together%20in%20a%20bowl%20to%20combine.%20%20%20Shape%20into%204%20evenly%20sized%20patties,%20each%20about%201/2%20inch%20thick.%20%20%20Heat%20the%20outdoor%20grill,%20if%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eusing,%20or%20a%20large%20non-stick%20skillet.%20%20You%20may%20want%20to%20lightly%20grease%20it%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eso%20that%20the%20cheese%20doesn't%20stick.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20hot,%20add%20the%20turkey%20patties.%20%20%20Cook%20for%20five%20minutes%20on%20one%20side,%20until%20golden%20brown%20and%20then%20flip%20over%20and%20cook%20for%20a%20further%20five%20minutes%20%20on%20the%20other%20side%20until%20golden%20and%20cooked%20through.%20%20The%20juices%20should%20run%20clear.%20%20Place%20a%20slice%20of%20cheese%20over%20top%20of%20each%20and%20allow%20it%20to%20melt.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20the%20buns%20in%20a%20hot%20oven%20and%20cut%20in%20half%20through%20the%20centre.%20%20Spread%20the%20bottoms%20with%20some%20mayonnaise%20and%20top%20with%20the%20shredded%20lettuce%20and%20red%20onions.%20%20Place%20a%20burger%20pattie%20on%20each%20and%20top%20with%20the%20bun%20tops.%20%20Serve%20immediately.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
