Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. mashed potato flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 3 pound frying chicken, cut up

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in 13 x 9 inch baking dish, heat in oven. In plastic bag, combine potato flakes and salt. Rinse chicken in cool water; shake in plastic bag. Place chicken skin side down in melted butter. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 min; turn chicken. Bake 30 min longer.
