Ingredientes
- Basmati Rice – 2 cups
- Oil – 1/3 cup
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tblsp
- Asafoetida – a small pinch
- Mixed Vegetables – 2 cups, chopped
- Onions – 3 to 4, finely sliced
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
- Green Chillies – 4 to 5, slit lengthways
- Tomatoes – 4, chopped
- Capsicum – 1, chopped
- Red Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 3 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
- Salt as per taste
