- 2 cans of full fat evaporated milk
- 1 cup of whipping cream
- 1/2 cup of mava (room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground cardamom
- a pinch of salt
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 and 1/4 cup of flour
- 6 Tbs of milk
