Ingredientes

  • 4 pcs tenderloin
  • 3 c. soft bread crumbs (can use 1/2 bread crumbs and 1/2 stuffing)
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning (optional)
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Brown tenderloins on both sides. Place in baking dish. Lightly mix together bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 c. water and poultry seasoning.
  2. Place stuffing mix over top of tenderloin. Blend soup and 1/3 c. water and pour over tenderloin. Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 hour or possibly till tender.
  3. Option: Can be used with pork chops.
