Drick, this is by far one of my favorite dishes of all time. A couple of years ago, some friends came to visit, and brought a whole beef tenderloin for me to prepare for them...bless them lol. At any rate, things were a bit hectic, so out came the frozen prawns to thaw in cold running water, and out came the Knorr's prepackaged Béarnaise sauce. Made some garlic mashed potatoes and dinner was on the table within 3/4 of an hour, and boy were our guests impressed! I just didn't want that tenderloin to wander off to someone else's house, lol!
