Ingredientes

  • 2 pound cubed beef
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Seasoning salt to taste
  • 1 lg. can mushrooms and liquid
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Flour and brown meat. Mix together soup, water, Kitchen Bouquet, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add in to meat with onion, carrot and celery. Add in more water if needed. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven till tender approximately 2 hrs.
