Ingredientes

  • 10 x jalapenos
  • 4 x tomatillos husks removed
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 x garlic clove
  •     Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Place the jalapenos and tomatillos in a saucepan. Add in the water, bring to a boil and boil about 10 min over medium heat. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the ingredients cold 10 to 15 min.
  2. Remove the stems from the jalapenos and place the jalapenos, tomatillos and garlic in a blender. Blend on high 3 to 4 seconds. If the salsa seems too thick, add in a little of the cooking water. Add in salt to taste.
  3. As a variation, add in minced onion and cilantro after the salsa is blended.
