- Place the jalapenos and tomatillos in a saucepan. Add in the water, bring to a boil and boil about 10 min over medium heat. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the ingredients cold 10 to 15 min.
- Remove the stems from the jalapenos and place the jalapenos, tomatillos and garlic in a blender. Blend on high 3 to 4 seconds. If the salsa seems too thick, add in a little of the cooking water. Add in salt to taste.
- As a variation, add in minced onion and cilantro after the salsa is blended.
