Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1/4 c. water
- Ginger to taste
- Garlic to taste
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds (opt.)
- 1-2 flank steaks
Direcciones
- Cut meat in thin slices against the grain. Mix first 7 ingredients and marinate meat in mix about 3 to 6 hrs. After marinating is complete, put meat on wooden skewers and grill.
